FLOW – Family Learning Open Weekend
FLOW is a special Family Learning Open Weekend event hosted by IRIE! dance theatre that is now in its third year. The event generally takes place the last weekend in March and this year will take place on 26 and 27 March.
It’s literally an event that the whole family can enjoy and many of the activities are designed so that family member can participate in together, for instance the African Dance classes, the Caribbean Dance classes and the Drumming classes and Storytelling. We also have face painting and mask-making for the younger children.
Here’s the program of scheduled events for this year’s FLOW.

All this for just £5.00 per day for a family of four (4), i.e. two (2) adults and two (2) children or £3.00 for individuals. The traditional Caribbean-style Sunday Lunch is an additional £4.50 per adult and £3.50 per child.
There’s an additional bonus this year. If you live in the New Cross/Deptford area you will know that Fordham Park has had a facelift and so for FLOW this year there’ll be plenty to enjoy both within Moonshot and in the park where the centre is located.
