Pilates classes at Moonshot Centre will resume in April 2012.
Pilates enhances your body awareness and helps you increase your muscular strength and flexbility while improving your alignment and posture. There is a lot of emphasis on developing core strength in Pilates and many individuals find this helps to relieve back pain. In fact, many physiotherapists recommend Pilates to their clients.
Another benefit of Pilates is that it helps you to relax and helps to boost your concentration and your focus. It’s an ideal way to unwind after a hectic day at work.

The Pilates classes are just £5 per session or £40 for 10 weeks of classes which you can pay in two (2) instalments if paying online. Online payment facilities will be available nearer the time when the classes will resume.
